結垢腐蝕抑制劑
結垢腐蝕抑制劑複合配方中含有機磷酸鹽、有機膦羧酸、銅腐蝕抑制劑與強力分散劑，非常適用於高溫、高鹼度、高硬度之冷卻水中，達到防垢、防蝕及防沉積物形成之功效。
功能及特性：
1. 不含重金屬及無機磷酸鹽，無環境污染之顧慮
2. 單一藥品，添加及操作非常方便
3. 耐高溫，水溫即使有 60 C 亦無結垢之困擾發生
4. pH 適用範圍寬(pH7.5~9.0)適合操作在偏鹼性之處理方案，減少加酸所造成之危機
5. 鈣硬度可控制在 100~1000ppm(視 pH 而定)，無沉積之困擾
6. 同時擁有陽極與陰極腐蝕抑制，確保系統中鐵金屬之腐蝕減至最低
7. 含銅腐蝕抑制劑，亦確保系統中銅及銅合金之腐蝕減至最低
8. 強力分散劑可同時分散氧化鐵、泥沙、磷酸鈣、碳酸鈣及有機磷酸鈣之沉積
9. 抗氧化性極佳，適用於氧化性殺菌劑使用之系統
添加方法
添加方式以定量泵連續添加於接近循環幫浦處為佳，添加量視冷卻水之水質 而定，業務人員依據冷卻水之水質特性提供正確而適當之建議添加量，以確保藥品 完全發揮功效。

Fouling Corrosion Inhibitors
The composite formula of fouling corrosion inhibitor has organic phosphates, organic phosphoric and carboxylic acid, copper corrosion inhibitors, and dynamic dispersants. Fouling corrosion inhibitor is very suitable be used in high temperature, high alkaline, and high hardness cooling water. The effectiveness of fouling corrosion inhibitor can anti-scale, anti-corrosion and anti-sediment.
Functions and Features：
1. exclusive of heavy metals and inorganic phosphate, and no environmental pollution concern
2. single chemical, and the adding method and operation are very convenient
3. endure high temperature(60℃), and non-fouling
4. can be used in PH value 7.5~9.0, suitable to be used in alkaline solution that can decrease the problems of adding acid
5. calcium hardness can be controlled at 100~1000 ppm(depending on PH value), no deposition problems
6. simultaneously have the anode and cathode of corrosion inhibiting , ensure the ferrous metals of system , and minimize the corrosion
7. contain copper corrosion inhibitors , and minimize the corrosion of copper and copper alloys in system
8. in the meanwhile , dynamic dispersants can disperse iron oxide, silt , calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, and deposition of organic calcium phosphate
9. Excellent antioxidant ability, suitable to be used in the oxidizing bactericide system
Application Method：
It is better to use quantitative pump and continuously add chemicals to approach the circulating pump. The adding amount of chemicals is according to the quality of the cooling water. We will provide the appropriate recommendations base on your quality of cooling water.
