漆渣浮除劑為高分子量,弱陽離子型液態聚電解質產品。在極寬的 pH 範圍裡,均可形成 巨大而強韌的羽膠。並常被使用在廢水處理程序中來促成固液分離 , 如澄清、浮除、過濾和離心。
毒性說明
漆渣浮除劑本身為無毒、無害物質。但配製乳化液的油相是輕石油蒸餾物資,在 OSHA 法 規中被歸屬 1910.1000 的管制品。因此操作人員應遵守該規定之注意事項。使用漆渣浮除劑,有時也可能要輔以消泡劑來抑制泡沫。
包裝及儲存
55 加侖桶裝,淨重約 450 磅( 200 公斤)。或 30 公斤桶裝。不使用時,桶蓋應保持緊閉。

Paint residue suspending agents
Suspending agents are high molecular weight, and they are the electrolyte products of weak cationic liquid. Suspending agents can form a huge and tough floc in a very wide range of PH value. Those chemicals are used to be adding in the wastewater treatment processes to facilitate separating of solid and liquid, such as clarification, suspending, filtration and centrifugation.
Toxicity information
Suspending agents for paint residue are non-toxic, harmless substances. Sometimes you need to use defoamers to suppress foam.
